BELINDA SRSH
Company Director
As a child I obsessed over Hairdressing, I wasn’t ever going to be anything else! Over 41 years experience, including 13 years owning MEDUSA, I believe that I have passed on my passion for colour and my belief that hairdressing is an art form to my fabulous team.
Formally a L’Oréal colour technician and now a GOLDWELL COLOUR EXPERT, I have created a highly professional and skilled Team to ensure that MEDUSA is THE COLOUR DESTINATION in SOUTHSEA!

I have been a qualified Hairdresser for 12 years having completed my Apprenticeship at Medusa. After my Apprenticeship I continued at Medusa as a Stylist for two years before moving to London.
While living in London I worked as a Stylist at Headmasters and Bleach London. During this time, I also completed the L’Oreal Colour Degree and worked at London Fashion Week.
After four years I moved back to Portsmouth and opened my own Salon. I grew a small team and my salon won “Best Salon in the South” at The English Hair and Beauty Awards.
During lock down I made the decision to close my salon and since then, I have qualified as a Hairdressing Educator and Assessor and have worked as a freelance hairdresser.
I had stayed in touch with Belinda, and in 2023 we decided to open at the new boutique location as Co Directors of Medusa Hairdressing.
My speciality is blondes and balayage, but I love all the colours too!
I am also qualified in Tape Hair Extensions.

Monday: 9am – 6pm
Tuesday: 9am – 6pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 2:30pm
Thursday: 10am – 8pm
Friday: 9am – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
